Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting outcomes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Early-adopter pricing, where offered, applies under the conditions stated at purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in ways not permitted by these terms or applicable law.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azuro Vision is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages.
